Course Objectives / Description:

• To know the epidemiology of zoonosis in Europe, and their clinical presentation
•  
• To be able to diagnose and manage correctly a patient suspected of Lyme disease
•  
• To be able to manage patients in case of an animal outbreak of anthrax
•  
• To be able to analyze a large human epidemic,
•  
• To identify and manage unusual or rare infectious zoonosis
•  
• To understand the public health issues related to the misuse of antibiotics in animals

Target Audience (incl. min/max number of participants): Up to 50 hospital physicians (infectious diseases, medical microbiology, neurology, internal medicine, pediatrics), minimum 20.

Tuition Fee: 200 euros (Accommodation, teaching, documents). Travel not included
